Advertising terms

These terms apply to every campaign on a Passenger Scan board — each container is its own playlist. Version 2026-09-01.

Allowed

Lawful local businesses, farms, lodging, food, events, and public services. Still images required. Optional short video and AI Q&A if purchased. You buy a slot on one board, not the whole network.

Not allowed

Illegal activity, adult sexual content, hate or harassment, weapons, tobacco aimed at minors, scams, or anything that asks a driver to look at a phone. The platform operator may reject or pause a live ad without refund when these rules are broken.

Payment and time

You pay for a clock, not a promise of exclusive impressions (except Takeover Hour on that board). When paid time ends, the campaign expires automatically. Remaining time is visible to you and the operator.

Boards

A property owner who launches a container is buying the Passenger Scan Board package ($999 / 365 days unless the rate card changes). New boards stay pending until Passenger Scan activates them.

Creative

You warrant you own the image/video and the destination URL is safe. High-contrast creatives work best in daylight.

AI add-on

Chat is scoped to your stored prompt and facts. We do not feed other advertisers’ copy into your session. Answers can be wrong; keep facts current.

Safety

Passengers scan. Drivers keep their eyes on the road.
